AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and 241LUXE™ and DARQUE SANCTUARY™ ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), concerning your access to and use of our websites, funnels, digital products, live courses, and private experiences (the “Services”). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

JURISDICTION

The Company operates out of Chicago, Illinois. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

PURCHASE & FUNNEL COMPLIANCE

By purchasing through any 241LUXE™ funnel or payment link, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, are at least 18 years of age, and assume full financial responsibility for the transaction.

SMS AND COMMUNICATION TERMS

241LUXE offers SMS messaging for individuals who expressly opt in to receive communications. Depending on the consent provided, messages may include appointment and event reminders, account or program updates, customer service communications, service notifications, and promotional or marketing communications from 241LUXE.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program. You may opt in again at any time through an eligible 241LUXE form or other approved opt-in method.

All digital products and courses are strictly non-refundable. Access to proprietary intellectual property and downloadable assets is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & RITUAL KITS

Standard physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original, unused condition. For limited series or returned items, an immediate refund will be issued once verified tracking information is provided showing the item is in transit via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
